The original 'Rock'n'Roll Butcher' is happily publishing his fourth book, The Notorious P.I.G., which focuses on the butchery of the humble pig. Scott walks his readers through making black and white puddings, sausages and bacon, brawn and haslet in addition to rendering lard.
