Paul Foster became interested in food from a young age. Having worked at several UK two-Michelin star restaurants he worked at the three Michelin-star establishments The French Laundry, wd~50 and L’Auberge de l’Ile before returning to the UK. His first restaurant, Salt, in Stratford-Upon-Avon was launched in 2016 and won a Michelin star in 2018. In the same year, Paul published his debut cookbook, also called Salt, which was highly acclaimed and which promptly sold out.
