The tour came 33 years after Jazzie B's collective went to number one in the UK and enjoyed a huge hit in the USA, with a number one on the US R&B/Hip Hop chart. Soul II Soul went double platinum in the USA and triple platinum in the UK, with sales of more than three million.
Featuring Keep On Movin', Fairplay, African Dance, Back To Life and more, it captured the zeitgeist as it brought music, fashion, art and club culture under one umbrella.
The anniversary tour, much delayed by Covid, was a huge success, visiting major cities across the UK and featuring a triumphant homecoming show at London's Royal Albert Hall.
