Tallow, Rob & Donna Taylor's second venture into the world of hospitality, was born of Lockdown. Having enjoyed success for almost 10 years with their previous venture, The Compasses Inn just outside the cathedral city of Canterbury, in Kent, Lockdown gave them a unique opportunity to reflect and plan ahead. Although The Compasses was full of highlights, Lockdown only emphasised the desire Rob & Donna had for more of a challenge.
