Claire Bosi

During a remarkable 25-year career, Claire worked at Shaun Hill’s much-loved one-star Merchant House, in Ludlow. She co-created the two-star Hibiscus, also in Ludlow, before transferring it successfully to London, again winning two stars. More recently, she was appointed Editor of Chef & Restaurant Magazine. Since 2017 she has driven growth as it has become an international title with publications in the UK, Middle East and USA.

Working frequently with three-star to one-star cooks, there is no one better placed to understand the needs of chefs and restaurateurs. Claire’s skills are in managing brands, making invaluable connections, building relationships and framing the images of chefs. A mover and a shaker, her understanding of the industry is unmatched and unrivalled. She is the industry’s go-to expert for public relations, marketing and consultancy.


Andy Richardson

Andy Richardson is the creator of the UK’s most successful and dynamic independent publishing house for chefs: A Way With Media. With a 30-year career in journalism and publishing, he’s worked across hospitality and rock’n’roll. Dubbed the ‘chef whisperer’, he’s found himself trusted by a Who’s Who of the kitchen, from such icons as the late Michel Roux and Marco Pierre White, to young guns like Michael O’Hare and Gareth Ward and industry leaders like Marcus Wareing and Johannes Nuding.

Supported by a highly talented and highly creative team of photographers, designers, public relations experts, videographers, writers and editors, he can present your restaurant to the media in a way that will boost revenue and promote a positive public image.
